In Yemen, the industrial sector relies heavily on decentralized heating systems due to the fragmented power grid. Many facilities currently utilize aging steam boiler units that suffer from efficiency loss due to high mineral content in local water sources, leading to severe scaling and frequent downtime.
The regional climate, characterized by intense heat and coastal humidity, places immense stress on heat exchangers and burner systems. Consequently, there is a growing shift toward using a thermal oil boiler, which allows for high-temperature heat transfer without the risks associated with high-pressure steam in unstable environments.
Economic constraints and logistics issues in Yemen have previously limited access to modern control systems. However, the emergence of modular water boiler heater technology is now enabling small-to-medium enterprises to modernize their production lines with lower initial capital expenditure.
