Step 2 Turn Off the Water Supply

Locate the cold water supply valve that feeds water into the boiler. Turn this valve off to ensure that no additional water enters the boiler during the draining process.

Attach one end of the garden hose to the boiler's drain valve, which is typically located at the bottom of the unit. Make sure the hose is secured tightly to prevent leaks. Step 4 Open the Drain Valve
